Under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. However, by completing your purchase of a digital product, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you thereby waive your right of withdrawal, as permitted under Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU.

This waiver applies only to digital content (ebooks, audiobooks, and other downloadable or streamed products). It does not affect your statutory rights regarding physical products, which remain subject to the standard 14-day withdrawal period.
